Hi :)
I have a problem with mmy notefile from full tilt.
Hem graps the file from ftp folder, and takes it to a hem subfolder.
ehm this destroyes my normal file, so the file starts from new 2kb instead of the established file on 133 kb: which mean i cant see the notes on all the players i noted on.
What to do ?
There most be something i can do to stop hem taking my file, and begin to se my notes again ?

Go to the import folders, look for this full tilt import folder, choose edit and change it from C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker to C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory and it should fix the problem from reoccuring

Hi,

try reinstalling Full Tilt, all the moving of that file may have damaged it, HM should definetely not do anything to it anymore since its no longer importing that folder

Ok i guess its not hem fail then..
It just keeps on resetting the note file, :/
have to take contact to ftp again then.

No, im pretty sure HM caused the original problem as you had it importing from the same folder where the notes is, since HM imports XMLs it must have mistaken it for a hh. I would say a reinstall will solve the problem but HM certainly wont cause the problem if its no longer pointing to that folder which i can verify its not by looking at the new config you posted.

Id recommend, reinstall Full Tilt, reboot, if the problem persists delete all your import folders and restart HM and just setup the auto import one for full tilt as i outlined previously, after thats working just setup the other ones
