View Full Version : 6MAX LIMIT incorrect stats

Hey all,

I'm really hoping someone can help.

Basically HEM doesnt appear to recording the correct stats for me. Each session I have for 6max limit the ammiount won or lost doesnt add up to my cashier balance.

For example, today I played a quick session to test it and I played 203 hands of .25/.50 6max limit holdem. In the sessions tab it reports i'm down -$1.25 however according to my cashier balance i'm down -$2.50.

Am I missing something here or is this a bug? It's not reporting the correct stats as far as I can tell... how can I fix this please? It's driving me mad :-(

EDIT: I was using 1.11.01 and playing on pokerstars, could someone confirm for me if the newer one will prevent this from happening? (unable to play right now)

Update

I've updated to the latest version 1.11.02b but the stats are STILL out :( my BR at the start of the session in the cashier was $231.44, HEM reports I lost -$5.70 which should show a cashier balance of $225.74 however the cashier balance is actually $225.44! Over a large sample this would be significant. These stats being incorrect makes the whole point of buying HEM worthless so I'm really hoping someone can help me out here? Very frustrating...

I'm getting really frustrated.

I've deleted all my databases, restarted PC and am using the latest version.

Just played another session where HEM reports i'm up $2.75 however according the cashier i'm up $2.55.

Please please please SOMONE get back to me about this, i've spent $100's on this software + leakbuster etc and am getting very frustrated with these errors.

WHY is it doing this? How can I fix it? I'd like a reply from someone...

Strange, PT3 has the same issue...

I contacted Pokerstars support about it, the cashier balance is correct prior to the money transfers from the tables (in play) but when its transferd it looks like i'm loosing 10% or so... weird!

In PokerStars have you got your money in more than one currency in 'Cashier' ?
Are you checking your Totals in all currencies ?
Have you been playing a mixture of euro, £ & $ games & you did not notice ?

Nope, all my currency is in $'s, and I can only play $ games at .25/.50 6max FL

Good idea though, was hoping that was the issue...

It turns out that PT3 only had an issue due to me leaving before the hand was folded, so the problem remains with HEM not having the correct ammounts...

please email the hands for the period with the descrepency and what it should have been to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and well check this out for you

I've wiped my database now in an effort to start afresh, if/once it happens again I will email them over.

Ok no problem, if the problem is now resolved it was most likely a corrupt database causing the issue
