Have just done a fresh install of system, and updated HEM, i have a problem on 888.
HUD works fine on cash tables, nothing on tournaments??? (shows in TableManager fine?)

But the tournaments show up in the Data view, but no hands?? (actually only 2 hands from 1 tournament)

[Edit]: Auto import is showing only read errors on the hands, no successes. And My machine freezes often when i go to them HEM window to try to get the HUD working...

Running XP SP2
prev versions all worked fine...

Thanks,

Hi AJG - some suggestions/questions

1] Im xp pro 32bit sp3
being on sp2 may be the problem
2] What do you mean by 'latest version' ? There's been many latest versions of late :) See what it says in title bar of HM
3] Full description of the tourney type ?

This is your final comment: "[Edit]: Auto import is showing only read errors on the hands, no successes. And My machine freezes often when i go to them HEM window to try to get the HUD working.."
I'm not sure if you mean this happens only in tourneys or in cash as well. The freezing is interesting - are you only having problems with HM ?

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

*Try creating a new UTF DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database)
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: How to Import & Export Hands (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands)
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Reinstalling on a new PC - Backup Tips (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips)

If the hands give errors in a new DB, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com
