View Full Version : Updated HEM - Rush hands are no longer being imported

I tried reimporting the hands, so its not an issue of the HH not existing or being captured. HEM is no longer including rush hands in my analysis.

Please advise.

And yes, Rush hands (all hands) are checked in the Main Filters tab. Just not showing up in Reports, or Session stats.

The issue has only been happening since updating HEM.

Presuming you have already tried a new database and they dont import into that please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and well look into it

I created a new Database.

Rush hands are still not showing up in the Sessions section. Please advise.

It is just Rush hands that are not being counted in the Sessions or Reports sections. That is the only problem.

Rush hands are not showing up in the Sessions or Report sections.

I had same Issue.

I just reinstalled HM and non rush is working fine.

I just started trying to play rush tables (for the first time in months), but RUSH hands are not being imported.

Turns out that somehow in all my configuring that FTP reverted to NOT saving hand histories to disk.

Just went to ftp hand history option, rechecked it and problem solved.

Here's a test to verify FTP is writing hand histories:

turn off auto import in HM.

Then play a few hands in FTP. Verify that the HH are being written to your FTP HH folder.

If so, then turn on auto import, and you should see those hands imported (and moved to your archive folder if you have that option selected.

so to clarify you have FTP raw hand histories in a folder on your hard disk.

If you click Import from folder and select that folder, none of the Rush Hands are imported, but the Non Rush hands are?

Auto Import in HM has always been selected.

HH are being written to my FTP HH Folder. They have always been.

Rush hands are not being included in HEM's Sessions or Reports sections.

I have created a new HEM database, reimported 300k+ HH's into HEM, and Rush hands are still failing to be displayed in HEM.

This has zero to do with hands being imported automatically.

Even when I have a 100 Rush Only Hand Histories imported manually, HEM still fails to add them to my sessions or Reports sections.

When I select FILTER, in HEM Rush hands are checked.

Hi,

I-m having the same problem but i m using 2 diferent locations in the auto import (i play both on unibet and full tilt)

I f i create a new data base and import only the rush poker hands from the archive i can see the results on the "report" and "sessions" but if e use auto import the rush status disapear wile the other ones from Prima show no problems at all

Please check the auto-import configuration for FTP and the handhistory options for FTP.

Can you import the handhistory files via import file directly from the ftp handhistory folder?

Same problem here.
Have installed HM completely new incl database and still no import of rushpoker hands.Doesnt work with folder or single file import.

This filter > clear thing doesnt work for me.


I've sent my files to a friend, he has no problem with importing my rush hands, i'm confused.

Yes all hands are imported without errors.

When i created the new data base i went to get the rush poker hands at the HM archive and all the info apeared correctly. After that i pressed the auto import and all the stats from my full tilt user disapeared and only the ones from unibet prevails

I already saw all the faqs, tried new databases, and are beeing imported correctly but are not sown on the "reports" or "sessions"

Don t know what i m missing

Hi, maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in. This 95% filters, so you might be the other 5%

yesterday i messed around in the configuration and after that cleared the filters and all started to work without any problem

Did you rename the files or moved them to a different folder before trying to import them again?
HM reads every file only one time.
