Ok i can understand its fustrating when things dont go well but its extremely hard to help with the information you giving me, the FAQs cover almost all setup situations but if you post as much details as possible i can help you quickly

I receive the following message after I initially entered the Serial Number and verified this number through the server.
I get the error message "A connection to PostgreSQL could not be made. Would you like to have Holdem Manager attempt to start the service?"
I click yes and then get the following message "Sorry, Holdem Manager was unable to start the service"
I then click OK and get the message "holdem Manager has started the service. Please try again."

Do you have PostgreSQL installed? Are you using any antivirus/firewall?

almost as frustrating when u post a bug, taking the effort to make a screenshot and none of the dev guys even seem to reply to it :confused:
