default player's note

create a default text for player notes. e.g.

is already written into the player note box.

I am fairly sure this has been requested in the past but I am having a difficult time finding it in the system. I am going to add your suggestion to our newest notes improvement project ticket to make sure the developers see it in the future when they get around to improving the note taking system.
