Hi. I have a pack of hands that I've been importing into HEM over the last few days. I got about halfway through just fine, then this happened:

Here is the whole screen, a little later: http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y256/sdhgsdhs/HEMhelp1.jpg
I'm guessing that says 'Import Errors', so what I'm wondering is, how can I fix this? I've restarted the computer, reopened HEM etc with no luck.
Thanks.

Where are the hands from?
Please update your HM to the latest version.
Please set your windows text size (in the display properties) to 100%(96 dpi) to see the whole message box.
If the import still fails, please create a new database for a test and try to import the hands into this database.

The hands are from Poker Table Ratings.
I have managed to update to the latest version.
I can't find how to set the windows text size anywhere. Can you provide more detailed instructions?
At the moment I am attempting to export all hands from my current database so that when I use the new one I can import them back into there.
Thanks for the help so far.

you need to reduce it to 96dpi and then reboot if it doesnt update immediately
if your using Vista or XP Change DPI Settings in Windows VISTA (http://www.lawfirmsoftware.com/support/change_dpi_settings_vista.htm)
if its windows 7
DPI Display Size Settings - Change - Windows 7 Forums (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html)
please email some of those hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and well check if its an issue with the hands or your database/PC
