Since today HEM is not importing any hands anymore and no HUD on UB. Is this because of an UB update, or anybody has a similar problem?

I just tested UB and it worked fine for me.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.net/hmbetaupdate

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Please send some hands. I am unable to duplicate it on UB and they updated along with AP. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

All of the hands are problem hands, nothing is getting imported.

Zip up the archive for today and/or yesterday, since the problem started.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Warning: You have XXX Hand History Files in your Auto Import Folders (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders)

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Here are my test sessions from the past 2 days.

that worked but why would hands stop importing all of a sudden because of that. I like to keep the HMA on a different drive in case my pc crashes which it like to do.

also how do you get the dark grey HM, is it a mod or customized?

thanks

I got the latest beta and still not importing. I'm unsure of what the above suggestion means regarding zipping the archive. FWIW all my hands are heads up, idk if that makes a difference...

Just email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread. Its handier if you use a zip program to compress the files before sending them. The files will most likely be in C:/HMarchive or another folder you specified, see fozzys post on how to verify the location

by moving the HMA to the default location instead of a different drive made the hands import but still no hud. I've always had the HMA on another drive and everything worked fine untill the new ub update
