HEM is tracking results wrongly. *help plse*

So ive just downloaded HEM again since restoring pc and the hud is working fine. However i have been playing 9man sngs and its giving me the wrong results, i know because itsays im down but my balance says im winning.
Dont know if this makes a difference but i am using table ninja and playing around 8-12 tables.
Ive notice that HEM stats show i have never won a sng which i clearly have so not sure if the error is that it dont log the wins or whether its just randomly not trcking those 1s.
really appreciate if some1 could help me.

This is a known issue we are working on. Pokerstars recently changed their sng/mtt hand history to include results but they are only included if you actually cash. It is our #1 priority importing bug so it should be resolved for the next release.
