Problem downloading Postgres

I go to your PostgreSQL Setup Instructions (http://www.holdemmanager.net/PostgreSQL_Install_Help.html) page and click on Postgres Download (http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/postgresql.zip). I get a dialog box that says:

C:\Users\JoeBlow\AppData\Local\Temp\ could not be saved, because an unknown error occurred.

Try saving to a different location.

Then it goes to a Firefox Page Load Error/File Not Found page:

Firefox can't find the file at http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/postgresql.zip.
* Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
* Is there a spelling, capitalization, or other typographical error in the address?
* Do you have sufficient access permissions to the requested item?

I'm running Vista with UAC off and Firefox. What should I do?

Never mind: restarting Firefox seemed to solve the problem. It's on my desktop now.

There is no MSI file, so I'm not sure which one to click.

Edit: I have file extensions hidden, but I figured it out.
