Problem activating HEM

Hey,

always when I try to activate my key, i get the same problem.
I tried reinstalling like 5 times now.
This is on my second PC, there was no problem at all on my other pc.

The Problem:

Could not activate license at server

The operation has timed out

The licensing system doesn't get a connection to the server.

It uses the same internet connection as internet explorer. Do you have internet access with internet explorer?

Are you sitting behind a proxy or sth. like that?
Any security software?
