Live tracking causing lag on stars

I recently tried using the live tracking option so that I could use HEM to keep track of someone's betting history during a hand. This causes Pokerstars to lag (skip) and the only way I can stop it is to turn off live tracking. Is this just a bug in a new feature that can be addressed later, or is there perhaps something wrong with my set up. Thanks

The live-tracking needs some additional performance as it reads the chat from the table. At the moment there is nothing we can do about it.
