Not pulling up 50bb tables on Pokerstars

I checked and compared all my settings to my friend's and my Instascan isn't pulling up 50bb tables. I have the following settings:

Format: Default, Speed/Turbo, Shallow

No filters are on.

I also went from the Instascan to the classic and it's not scanning at all.

He did not esquenei tables 20/50bbs Poker stars, what do I do?

P.S - I am using version meneger 1:11:02 holdem.
P.S - A quick option select> format> Shallon (20-40/50bb, (x) or is already selected

Can you please send some screen shots of your desktop? One of our testers had no issues doing it (see attached).

Hi, as you see i set no filter and tried some different options in the "select"-part of the tablescanner.
I use the clientside search an it stops at the first 20-50bb table. If i delete the filter in pokerstarsclient, it searches through the list until it finds a shallowtable, than stops.
