Initial hands not getting marked

When I sit down at stars and it prefetches stats, it also displays a hand or two in the last 3 hands box. While I'm waiting for the BB, the hands do not get added, unless I open the stars replayer, then they sometimes do . But if I open that added hand in the HH viewer and mark it, it doesn't seem to really get marked in HEM. Latest HEM version.

You can't mark, prefetched hands, as there is no hero in these hands.
There is no hero, with no hero's known holecards.

Actually the hands don't even show up in the hem.

But I don't understand your explaination. Do you mean I can't see these hands because I'm not in them and in HEM I have a hero selecten and it filters out hands that don't invilve me? Isn't there a way around that? Some very interesting hand may happen while I'm wainting for the BB.

In a prefetched hand:
-when you observe a table: it will prefetch 3 hands. You can find these hands by selecting one of the players at the table as the hero.
-when you sit at the table (but haven't been dealt cards, because you're waiting for the big blind): you can't select yourself, but will also have to select one of the other players who were dealt cards to find the hand.
