hi guys...i bought, installed and setuped HM, i open it, then I open Pokerstars but it doesnt show any stats, nothing...can you help me please ? I got to do anything more so it works ?
Also, if it works do I have to do anything so it saves my hands etc?
What else can I keep in track through HM apart from seeing others' 3-bets, 4-bets, stats etc?

thanks for your time

hi again...I tried to do the things are said in FAQ, so I went to run the .exe file as administrator...but I noticed one thing. That the .exe file doesnt have a regular icon, but the icon of a file which files that cant be read have.
f.e like when you have an mp3 file, but not any program to play mp3s.
any idea?

Did you install the full version of HM first?

Are you running any security software like a firewall, spybot, tune utilities?
Which virus scanner are you using?

Does HM start normally?

And did you change the administrator settings?
You need to use windows explorer or workplace and navigate to the Holdemmanager installation folder (default c:\program files\rvg software\holdemmanager or sth. similar) to do this.

yes man but in there, there is a holdemmanager file, and next to it a holdemmanager.exe file.
I "run as admin" on the 2nd file, right? but the 2nd file icon is like the way I showed you in the link, so when I go to properties, there's not even a compability tab.

There should be 3 files where you need to set "Run as administrator":

holdemmanager.exe
hmhud.exe
dbcontrolpanel.exe

It might be necessary to uncheck "Hide known file extensions" in your windows folderoptions if you have no other way to identify this files.
