I have recently been having a feeling that all my hands are not being downloaded into Holdem Manager. So today I checked into it a little more deeply. I played around 670 hands, verified it in pokerstars stats tab. Then checked Holdem Manager "Session" Tab clicked "refresh" 3x. It showed up 407 hands.

Thanks

What version of HM were you using?

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and import the hands again and see if they show up this time, if they dont please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

I will see if the update does anything. Sorry didnt realize there was an update until yesterday. I will let you know if it helps the problem.

Update didnt do anything same problem. Over half of my hands are missing. How am I going to create a new database and not lose all my hands? Seems as though others are having similar problem with other clients? Has there been any complaints from Pokerstars users?
Thanks

Hi

I'm 6max cash nlhe PS & all hands fine using 1.11.02

You can create a 2nd database without losing your original DB so I don't understand the bit where you write: "... How am I going to create a new database and not lose all my hands?..."

Just create a new DB, don't delete your old DB & import hands into new DB as per Morny's instructions

If all's well you can then delete the original DB
