Hi ,got problem with Betsafe (Ongame)
Hands are importing all corect,but dont showing HUD, on table finders shows tables but when i choose it ,anything just dont hapen.
HM version 1.12.11 Internal
Update all is up to date ,OS Windows 7
Try delete config/exenames, dont help .
All is runing as Administator
Doo all staff what can found in last posts and FAQ.
Please help ,thinking it is only in Betsafe room.
Playing NL cash game.

Does it work if you change huds?

Also try a new database.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

Now tried change HUD ,no change.
Delete all DB , Make one new DB set as defult. Importing all corect and fine ,but HUD still dont showing.
Opening Table Finder same problem, Table are found but when drag the red cubic to table and select it , anything just dont hapen.
If anything change it my Table finder is 1.12.10c

P.S if dont have any idea more ,what i can doo.
Was now emailed support@holdemmanager.com ,for teamwiver sesion.
But hope maybi got more idea.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem with betsafe. I try making new db, using table finder, vacuum etc, and still the hud doesnt appear.
Zakis19 if you resolve this problem, please post a solution here.

Dont solved,probabaly when i got time will make sesion with teamViewer.
And sugest same to you then ,if the problem is same :)

Thanks for taking the time to help out. Deleting that exenames file will usually accomplish the same thing:

1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt, default.txt, and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. Show Extensions :: Scott Granneman (http://www.granneman.com/techinfo/windows/showextensions/)

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I'm just wondering. What could be the reason of us having this problem? I mean it was working fine then suddenly, pooof! I would love to know this so we wouldn't have much trouble in the future. https://imagicon.info/cat/10-3/vbbiggrin.png

The problem is caused by the fact that there are so many skins at ongame. if you play multiple skins at ongame network this could happen from time to time. Using the Table Finder and/or Recreating that exenames file usually solves it.

Is this still actual??

Because I don't find files with this name... Maybe some updates changed that in the last years. I hope somebody can help me, because I have the same problems..

With all the changes sites make, HM1 may no longer work for many networks.

Is Ongame still open? I thought they were closing.

No, I mean the HM2. Or is there another way to fix it? And yes, I talk about betsafe and they are still open.

Please don't use HM1 threads for Hm2.

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu)

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support? With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
