how to remove sidebar infomercials permanently

It is ridiculous to have to click options/sidebar settings/table poop etc each time to remove this and the rest of your infomercials every time they decide to reappear. As long as you don't have the sense to create a settings menu is there any other way to permanently keep these things from appearing sporadically on start up so I don't have to go through the whole mess every time.

I apologise if this has caused an issue, this should not happen once you disable them. Have you noticed any specific times when this happens, after a reboot, reinstall of a new version etc? so we can replicate and try and fix
