Except i dont got my notes anymore. Can i get them back? And how?

Your notes are stored inside the old database.
You need to connect to the old database. Then in HoldemManager: Options--> Notes--> Export Notes

Do you have a backup of your old database or at least the old postgresql data folder?

Reinstall PostgreSQL with the manual installer from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org).
When you can select the location of the /data folder, select the old /data folder.

You needed to pick the old \data folder that contained your database during installation - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/71/Reinstall+PostgreSQL+Preserving+Old+Database
Now that you have already reinstalled without doing that and created a new \data folder you can try editing the registry instead to point to your new \data folder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/368/Move+Database+to+Another+Hard+Drive+or+Partition
