Is it possible to add an old database to the new system? I have postgreSQL installed, don't know what the password is, but it came with HM when I downloaded it.
Thanks

How do you mean add the database?
Do you mean backup and restore or something? FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Backup & Restore Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/72/Backup+%26+Restore+Database)
If you explain exactly where this other database is and what your trying to do i may be able to give further help

Thanks
Ok, I've got an older data base from last year, I used pgadmin to make the backup. Now I've dowloaded the newer holdem manager, and when I go to back up and restore, it won't accept it, and says to use pgadmin.
The thing is, I didn't set up postgre or pgadmin, it installs along with the new HM, so I don't know the password for it.
Hope I'm making sence here haha
Thanks again.

Ok i see, try this and it should accept any password FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Password Issues (PostgreSQL) (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/82/Password+Issues+%28PostgreSQL%29)
Then make sure you use the FAQ for restoring the database i linked to because you need to do it exactly like that for it to restore without errors, i.e it must be restored to a new blank database and not an existing one, just mentioning that because it will corrupt the database if you do restore to an exisiting database
