if you go to this page:

and look down at the bottom you will see this statement about store credits.
** Store dollars never expire. Store dollars must be spent on Hold'em Manager products and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
But when you do the HM survey that pops up in when you install version 1.11.02 that promises you a $5 store credit. at the end of the survey you will read this:
"The credit expires thirty days"
This is something that should have been said up front instead of hiding it at the end after you have submitted the survey.
HM is a Great product and I would have filled out the survey without the credit, if they just simply asked. but what I hate is being Bull Sh(i)ted unnecessarily.
anyway just thought I would past that on so that others can make an informed choice on to fill it out or not.
