Hi, I haven't played this network in a few months. Downloaded the new software but my HEM is acting REALLY weird. It's only importing a few random hands here and there, my hud is doing crazy stuff like showing hands that happened 5 minutes ago over and over. And the whole thing froze like 2 times now (both HEM and client)

I don't even know where to start since my problem makes absolutely no sense. I do have the latest version (1.11.01b). Everything worked fine when I played months ago.

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and import some hands and see if the problems persist

If they do please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Rightclick the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator". if the option is grayed out then this is because youve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport and see if that helps

I created a new database and imported the HH files from my past 2 sessions, here is the report:

It's so strange that 691 hands are imported fine, yet the others seem to be having problems.

When I followed your step-by-step explanation I didn't see anything on the compability tab about Administrator rights. My guess is that it's because I use Windows XP (since your link talks about Win 7 or Vista). Here is what I see on my compability tab:

I found the problem. After taking a closer look at which hands got imported and which didn't, it turned out that my HH's were in dutch. Which means broadway cards got a different letter (K = H, Q = V, J = B).

Thank you very much for your help though.
