hi
1.I d like to request past hands from a site
the format they re offering is accessible from a tab from the lobby and most certainly doesnt seem hem compatible
I d like to input these hands into hem
what shoud I ask the sites support to give me exactly?(what type of "format"?)

2. is it possible to find out through hem how often my mucked hands would have flopped 2 pairs had I actually played the hand?

thanks

1) What site is this for ?

2) Not automatically but you could do it manually if a flop was seen, just so you know as far as i know unlike live poker if you fold a hand it will randomise the hands differently to what it would if you called/raised etc

1;it s for bodog
2; that s interesting as a more result oriented new player could easily be tempted to see more flops if he sees that he would actually have flopped 2 pair quite often

On this very subject....

RandomNumberGenerator - overcards.com: The Poker Wiki (http://overcards.com/wiki/moin.cgi/RandomNumberGenerator?highlight=%28rng%29)

Read this several years ago, and switched off show mucked cards from that day forward.
Muck 'em and move on!

Where is the limit drawn to how often mucked hands would have flopped two pair? I mean if it happens more often than what standard randomness predicts over a large sample, would this still be considered "ok" for online poker? If the rng gives you two pair with your mucked hands very often then there s obviously something wrong..?just speculating here of course

if you have several million or several hundre million as a sample it might be worth looking at, theres lots of better ways of checking if the random generator is legit, check out 2+2 forums and im sure theres lots of this stuff
