View Full Version : Auto Import and Import HH problem after last Stars Update

Ater last update HM importing not all hands, i lose about 30% hands. When i importing file HM dont see hands.
Why? how to resolve?

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and try reimporting the hands and see if the problem persists and if it does please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

in new database i have't this problem? so what me do? I can fix old database?

Reimport all hands from your old database.

You find them in the hm archive folder (default c:\hmarchive)
or you can export them from your old database and import them into the new one.
