View Full Version : "OngameExtractor.exe has stopped working"

I get this message when I try to run OngameExtractor.exe. I used it for about a week and it worked fine, then suddenly this happened. I've tried re-install the latest patch from the download site and also tried the latest beta found here on the forums.

And right, you don't need OngameExtractor.exe for the last beta patch huh? I've tried to add "C:\Program Files\Poker site\Resources\Databases + subfolders" in the auto import folders tab and that won't work either.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further

Make sure UAC is disabled and if its not do that and reboot http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=73

Youll need to disable UAC for it to work with Holdem Manager, youll need to reboot after disabling it for changes to take effect

The email is just to arrange a suitable time then well use teamviewer which allows me to see your PC
