View Full Version : Everything is buggy in the update

1.12.10b
It doesnt import all hands.
The replayer doesnt work.
i cant mark hands
Graph is wrong.

ive tried to backup the DB and reinstall and restore, both via HEM and SQL without success.
Ive tried to export hands and reimport, doesnt work.

What can i do?

Hi,

I would like to apologize for the issues you are having with HM1, Please update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.11_09Aug2012.exe and let us know if you are still having problems.

Also try creating a new database import the the hands into the new one Here’s a FAQ on how to create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

Which site and gametpye are you playing?
please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

In PokerStars--> to which folder is it saving the summary files?

Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup


And delete all the PokerStars import folder from your auto import folders, that no longer are being used by PokerStars.

ok. fixed it with the folder.
What can i do to get the old hands/tourneys to show up corrrect?

You should contact Stars support to send you the original handhistories and summaries for the missing tourneys.

ok but what should i do after that? the problem is still not solved. Everything is still imported wrong, both in HM1 and HM2. And HM1 lags as never before.

Does it show many 'incomplete' tournies, or it wrongly detected your winnings?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installatio n directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

It shows almost all my games as losses.

And I cant replay hands either.
Everything is set as admin and everything is up to date.

How can I download a clean installation of 1.12.09?
I found this bu they are all just updates.

You can use the 1.12.10 full installer from our homepage and after installing this downgrade to 1.12.09 by installing the 1.12.09 update
