I recently conacted Stars to get all my hands due to a hard drive crash.
They sent them to me in about 50 different rar files and when I extract them they go into a notepad document.
Sometimes when I try to import them HEM goes thru the importing process but no hands appear in my database.
HEM does the following:
It says " Found 1 file to process" then it goes thru and says " x of 128 parts of large files have been processed. It goes from 1-128 and then when it is finished it says 0 hands have been imported.
This occurs on about 1/2 of my files, the other 1/2 works fine. This is not a case of it importing duplicate hands because when that happens it says x # of duplicate hands were imported or something along those lines.
I opened up the notepad files to make sure they were HH and they are.
Any ideas?
