...when I open up HEM.

Also, I tried logging unto
Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration/)
to get my serial code but for some reason I can't logon. What do I need to do?

Sorry but your screenshot link is not working for me.

The most usual problem is the following: Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.


For the registration site you need to create a new accout and enter your key. Its not a site to look for your key if you lost it. If this is the case please contact sales@holdemmanager.net with your purchase details.
