can't install HEM

HI,

I have problems to install HEM,
when I try to extract from zip I have this message "an error occured attempting to install HEM".

I had install the soft for try the demo around 2 months ago, and I have a tracker who is install and can't be removed, so i have a postgres db who can't be removed... SO i can't find the source of the problem.

when i removed all the folders of HEM i have again the error message when i try to install the soft.

I had try with the "shortcut to HEM", and click on "buy now", the code that you give me by mail doesn't work when i click on "validate"

Can you help me?

Uninstall HM, go to www.holdemmanager.net and install the full version, then update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe

After trying these solutions to fix the activation problem if it still dosent work
then email Roy support@holdemmanager.net and ask for the new code
