Hi, I bought HEM a couple of years ago. I haven't used HEM or my license number for a few months. I had the license number saved in my old email account. When I installed the most recent update, it did not install correctly, and I got an error message immediately after opening the program. I reinstalled HEM and now I don't have a license number available. I emailed sales and support early in the week. I'm not sure when to expect a reply; I read that a lot of the staff was unavailable recently. Any help is appreciated.

Apologies for the delay, there seems to be a mixup and the message ended up in our spambox, ive added your email to our whitelist and forwarded it to sales and they should respond shortly.
