stats not appearing

This happens a lot and is starting to frustrate me. I go to results data view in order to review in sequence the hands of a given tournament and the stats do not show up in the replayer. Obviously I have the box checked to show player stats. Why are they not showing up?

Does this happen everytime or only sometimes.

There is a known bug with replayer stats. If you start HM and do a manual import as first thing you will see no stats in the replayer until you restart HM. Is this the problem?

Thanks for the reply. Very likely that is the problem. Usually it just takes the a minute to show up sometimes. Last night I did do a manual import as the first thing so I think this explains it. Thanks again.
