View Full Version : Moved HEM to new computer only 2 problems

#1 Did all the steps only trouble when i go to auto import it will not import. This is playing at the tables. Just tryed PS not TILT.
New comp is win 7 the set up looks the same as my old HEM. Running 1.11.01a

#2 my old player base had about 90000 new has about 52000. Thanks

Do you still have access to the old PC? If so the new backup and restore feature will basically duplicate your database on the new computer FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Backup & Restore (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/418/Backup+%26+Restore)

LOL I'am one of the few it did not work for you said some people had problems.

ok just to clarify, you said it didnt import but you also said 52k hands imported so i assume it just didnt import them all or were there import errors?

For the hands you imported did you import them from the archive or did you export them and reimport them?

You could also try a manual backup and restore if youve access to the old database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Backup & Restore Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/72/Backup+%26+Restore+Database#backup)

Sorry, 1 step at a time my big thing my auto import for online is not importing i would like to fix this 1st. As for the other it was players not hands.
