Screen name change

I just changed my screen name on Party Poker, and now my HM is not importing hands anymore. Anything I should do on HM???

Are you sure that HM is not importing or are you just using the old screenname in the reports?

You should create an alias containing both names: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Player Name & Alias (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/33/Player+Name+%26+Alias+)

Its not importing at all. I cant even find my new screen name on HM cause it hasn't imported any hand for this new name. Besides, the hud hasn't worked at all, since the change.

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and try importing hands into that, does the problem still persist?

I just created a new database and imported the folders from May and June, but the problem persists.

Were there any import errors when you done the import, please please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and well see if its a problem with the hand histories
