How do I print the manual? I would like to have handy to look up information..

You mean the old pdf file for 1.09 or the current FAQ entries?
There is no special printing support for it

How about manual for new wersion? for example 1.11.0.0? Do you planing to create it?

You can use free program, for example FoxItReader, and print it...

We have no plans for releasing a new manual as its much work and the FAQ contains all of it.
