I've been playing yesterday and today and my HUD was working fine. After I played I tried to find the hands in HEM, but I could not get them to show up under any tab (session, report, hands ...). Only hands played before June 1st showed up. I tried using older versions of HEM without succes. Only creating a new database worked.
Is there any way to fix this without having to import all hands to a new database?

Please check your filter, datetime and playername settings.

Is this only for the yesterday setting?

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance

My problem is different. The sessiondata isn't showing either. There are no filters active, my screenname is correct and the date also. Changing to a single day in June or last X hands does not work either

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe even if you have the latest, make sure to close HM first before doing it, sometimes some of the HM system files can get corrupt so overwriting them can do the trick, if that doesnt work can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport some hands and see if the problem persists

I tried this, it didn't work. I can't see any hands at all; only the session data is visible. I tried updating HEM again; no help.

After creating an alias, it still crashed; wouldnt let me select it; list was still empty.

Ran it again, alias was up. I'm back where I started now: session data all listed; no hands!

Where you able to select a player? You need to click directly on the button not on the arrow besides.

Which site are you playing? Which gametype?
Please zip and mail some of the hands with link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.net so we can try to reproduce it.

Regardless of where i'm supposed to click; this is clearly a crash bug that should be fixed.

I was able to select my alias and see all my sessions played on the year. This includes PS, FTP and Party sessions. I can not see hands via any means. The hands report is a blank.

I really doubt it has anything to do with the specific hand histories - this was working fine before; just stopped all of a sudden. I had not changed anything of note. I only updated because this issue started.

I'll send you some HHs, but I doubt it's of any use. The only thing I would suspect is something with the postgres server that is not configured for HEM? I did have to setup a new postgres server a month ago or so; I'm unsure if it stopped working when this happened as I've only noticed the missing hands recently -- I'm pretty sure I would have noticed before, but who knows.

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII -> maintenance.

Does it work if you install an older HM version?

As I already said, I tried reindexing; it did not fix anything.

I just tried reindexing the new database: no change; still no hands.

And with 1.10.06a? http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate_1.10.06a.exe

Yes, it appears to have the same issue.

Hi, maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in as im unable to reproduce this.

Thanks

I've tried everything on the postgresql server I can think of. I recompiled with pg-intdatetime and rebuild the indexes; still no hands are listed.
