Error Occurred when retrieving the player list

Hi support,

I encountered this error when I try to run HEM lately.

It showed:

An error occured when retrieving the player list: ERROR: XX001: invalid page header in block 193 of relation base/16397/16487

I am using POSTgreSQL 8.4 version at the moment.

Kindly pls assist me to troubleshoot this error.

Your database is damaged.

Please try a reindex via pgadmin->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you need to create a new database and restore the latest database backup and/or reimport the hands, notes and summaries.

Hi netsrak,

I just opened up the pgadmin III and saw a 'maintenance database' folder but I am not sure what to do.
Can you kindly list down the steps to reindex?
How can I create a new database? Hope you can guide me along because I am not sure how to do it.

Just select reindex instead of vacuum.
