View Full Version : Net Money Won/Loss Problem

Hello,

The net money won/loss has not been matching up with my Pokerstars cashier.

Lately, it has been 1-5 bbs off but today it was over a buy in off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using the latest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and if so try creating a new database http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimporting the hands and see does it pick up the missed ones

The net won$ from holdem manager is very different from Pokerstars Cashier.
Iam very dissapointed.

My net won$ is absolutely correct to the cent over 80,000 hands since 01/01/2010. I play at PS mainly
Why don't you start a thread explaining your problem in more detail ?
Such as do you use multi-currency ? Site(s), game(s), PS bonuses, tourney rebuys etc. etc.

Since 15 days ago, in Pokerstars account in US$, the net won $ in HM are much more big than the cashier of pokerstars.
I dont know what is happening

I noted that when i close a table, sometimes HM does not import that hands.
So, in a session, the pokerstars cashier, and net $won from HM are never the same.
How can i fix this?

This isnt something we can fix on our end, if you leave a table too soon before the hand is written the hand history will be incomplete. You can either way a second after the last hand before leaving or request the hand history via email afterwards
