Stars $9.90 Turbo FT only paid doesn't get recognized

Like the title says, the $9.90 Turbo Final Table only paid is the only table I got this problem on.

I even upgraded HEM to the Pro version, thought this was some high stakes issue (lol) but the problem remains. I'm running 1.11.

edit: to clarify, the HUD doesn't get displayed on this table only.

I've also sent HH's. Any update on this?

Maybe the problem is in the title window, it's a bit different from other tourneys. Whatever it is, please post some info about this.

Did you try our latest beta? We made a lot of changes for Stars tourneys.

Your stars client is in english and the table finder is not working? It may be necessary to use the table finder the first time:

what? no, man, the HUD works on ALL other tables. Like I got 20 other tables that display the HUD just fine and the only one that don't got the HUD on is the $9.90 FT only paid turbo. and this happens every single time with just this one tourney. you feel me now?

I'll ship $9.90 to one of your testers so he can reg for one of these and check it out.

yeah, no unattached tables, the drag cross thing accomplishes nothing.

talked with the Hud developer and he needs the following next time you play one of these.

please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm) with the following:

1) The Table Manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder. I also need you to zip and email any files in this folder to me

If you email those to support@holdemmanager.com and link to this thread we can pass the information on to fix

I'm still getting this problem with just that specific MTT, using version 1.11.07b. I've had this issue every time I've played this particular MTT on 2 different installs of Windows 7. I'll upgrade HEM tonight to see if it makes a difference, but I doubt it will.
The HH is shown in table manager, the HUD just doesn't appear. Reloading the HUD doesn't help.
Is it possible for somebody from the HEM staff to try and reproduce this problem? I'd like to be able to provide screenshots but it would be extremely difficult to do this whilst multi-tabling.
