When I auto import from full tilt it only imports a part of the hand I play.
I think they had a softaware update recently?Anyone else with the same problem? any solution?

also I can see the files in the Handhistory folder but can't import the manually either.

thank you

Which HM Version?
Please rename the files or move them to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

I am using the last release 1.11.01a. At another thread someone with simiral problem suggested to go back to 1.10.06a version. That worked fine.
The hand history files are now gone from FT folder. But it hasn't import all the hand i played. :( Can I retrieve them somehow?

After the hands are imported they are moved to the hm archive folder (default c:\hmarchive).
To reimport them you need to rename the files or move them to a different folder.

If you want to rollback to an older version: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/30576-1-11-01a-official-release.html

Well I tried some things but still have problems with the import.
I have HM installed at my laptop and my pc.

I installed a previous version to the pc (1.10.06a) and the import from folder as well as the auto-import worked fine.

So i went back to 1.10.06a to my laptop too. But I still get 100% errors when I import from folder and it doesn't import all the hands i play when I auto-import.
(I recently restored a backuped database to my laptop..does this matter?)

Any help? thank you

The database maybe corrupt, Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport the hands and see if the problems persist
