View Full Version : Omaha Manager - not recording winnings/hands?

Hi all,

I'm new to the forums so I'd like to first say how awesome this software is :)

I recently started playing Omaha and upgraded to the Omaha Manager. A few days ago I had a winning session and realized that the 'winnings' column on my HEM was less than the amount before I started the session.

I took note of that today before my session... And the amount I won in my session today was less than the amount HEM recorded.

Has anybody experienced this problem or know what might be wrong?

Hi,

Can you confirm you are updated to the latest version please.
What site is this happening on?
What OS do you use and is it updated?
Please set the filter to all games, and confirm that your Omaha hands are being recorded correctly.

Both my HEM and Windows 7 are updated. I am playing on FTP.

can you create a new database FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Create / Delete Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database) and reimport the hands into that, do they show up and if not were there any import errors when you imported them?

Yes I am using 1.11.01a

I created a new database and imported the hands. The results are the same as the old database, but you're right.. There are import errors..

I don't know how to check what the errors were though.

I upgraded, created a new database, and imported the hands.

Same problem, and the same number of errors.

Hi, maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in.
