How do I import all tourney results from Pokerstars?

I have my tourney results from Pokerstars but don't know how to import all of them without adding each one manually. Can someone tell me how to?

you have this file as email attachment?
save it on disk and in HM press "Import from file" button

I've tried saving several ways but after clicking on 'import from folders' can't find it. It was a web attachment. What and how would I save it as? Where? from the web attachment?

Open the attachment in notepad and save as a .txt file. Save as, should let you pick the location.
Now import from file and browse to the location you saved the .txt file.
