I formatted my computer and I want to use holdem manager again. I've tried associating different codes with my account yet I am still getting this error message:

snipped

I've emailed support a few times, starting on May 11th and have not received a reply.

Sorry, support have been away in Vegas. Normal service will shortly be resumed!

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed.
Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/)

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then reset your code, then logout/login, to verify it was reset.

If that doesn't help:

Enable the options to see Hidden Files and System Protected Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/images/hidden.jpg

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

Thanks for the reply, I've tried all of those steps and nothing has worked.

However, my laptop still works even though I reset the code on it and the code for it no longer appears on the registered code screen.

Glad you're still running.
Hopefully sales will be able to get you sorted with both machines in the next few days.
If not bump the thread and it will get resolved for you.

Hi,

I'm having a simmilar problem. i'm running my HEM inside virtual machine, so i can run it on different computers. long story short; i had some virtualbox troubles and had to reinstall it, now am running newest version and my HEM Table Scanner is telling me hardware profile changed and i need to reactivate it.

i tried to, but i get the same error. i selected PC2# in the box, it said SUCCESS and then this error. I had to select PC2, although i only used HEM on this computer alone.

Please, clear my code so i can reactivate the table scanner as PC1.

HEM alone didnt need reactivation, only table scanner.

thanks
