Built a new computer yesterday.

Used the backup/restore and pulled my entire database over perfectly. great job on that.

However, now my pre-fetch isnt working.

Nor is import from file compiling data from tournament history sent via email from Pstars. It scans the notepad just fine w/o errors but then when I go to tourney tab/results no results, number of players, placing, winnings, etc are in there and I have to manually update the batch. **** FIXED***

My system is now Win 7 64 bit OS. Old was vista 32 bit.

still cant get pre fetch to work. It was working beofre the new system build. and I did a full backup/restore and transferred entirely to my new system.

I would really like to see pre fetch work again.

So backup and restore is working now. As of fri it was not. Did u use HEM backup and restore?

I did my backup Tues, restore Tues nite/weds morning and it worked great. Yes I used HEM BU/Restore exactly like the video stated except that I left it on that hard drive, plugged in the old hard drive and drug it over to my new system. walla, no problem.

However, pre-fetch is not working and I cant figure out why.

No issues with stars im aware of, Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe and if the problem persists maybe we can do a teamviewer session to troubleshoot the problem, please email me with a suitable time to do the session and also the timezone your in.
