HUD missing at Stars

Hi Guys,

I've used HEM on FTP until now without any problem. Now, I started playing at Stars and wanted to configure HEM. All the importing options are set correctly, hands are imported to my HEM and I can watch the hands in it.
However, I don't see the HUD at the NL10 tables Im playing at. I've made a test at NL2 and it works there. But not at NL10. Any idea?

whay HM version you use?
