Betfair Rakeback fix

Hi - We're still waiting ofr a fix on the betfair rakeback method. When will this be included?

As you can see in another threads, there are problems with Rush and some other issues have to be resolved. So develorers work on them, but part of the team is away = lack of resources.

Thanks for the update. To be fair though this is dead simple has been outstanding for ages and if its not mentioned then it won't get any priority.
