I have had holdem manager for a few months now. I recently updated to newest patch.

I just tried to upload holdem manager and it came to the screen where I have 0 of 15 days to renew or whatever that page is. I try to register my serial number which takes me to holdemmanager.com, i register and try and "reset" my code and it sais pc "0" Really cant get it to work, no idea what to do.

Help please.

Hi,

If you bought HM from the new website, Jan15th 2010 till now, you can access your account on the main HM webpage. https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

Here you can reset your code, see what your code is, etc. If you bought before Jan 15th, PM me your email you used to purchase Holdem Manager and I'll look up your license.

Sometimes when you install from a really old version HM will ask you to register again, but you should just have to click the register now button inside of Holdem Manager and it automatically connects and validates your license.

Hi, firstly thanks for taking the time to respond, I know you guys are busy.

Ok, I go onto that website, press reset. Open HM and a validating screen comes up where you it sais i have 0 / 15 days available. I press register, my key is already there and I put in my name. I register it goes to register then this message comes up.

"a valid license could not be "obtained" for Hem. Please contact RVG software LTD for assistance License Failure Details

It then gives me the following details...

Need t be playing 16 tables tomorrow for a rake race and impossible without my HUD :(

please help :)

delete the holdemmanager.exe.ldat file and fire up HM.

Update windows until no new udpates are found.

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try to register HM again.


If that doesn't work:

1. Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

2. Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

3. Update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

If you can't find those files, DO NOT delete any other files with similar names.

If you are still having issues, please send your Reg.log from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com.
