My laptop needs to have my hardrive replaced so I will be reinstalling HM today. How do I save my HM database and reinstall it onto my laptop once I have HM reinstalled? Is there a file or files I should backup? Any way to save all my settings (player preferences, HUD preferences, etc)?

Thanks,
Jeff

you can backup DB (along with all HM settings) and restore it via File - Backup menu

Due to my PC/hard drive problems HM won't let me open up HM to do the File - Backup you describe. HM says that since I don't have an internet connection it cannot verify me. My hard drive problem is stopping my internet connection.

What now? Aren't there some files on my hard drive that I can just copy and save then recopy over to HM later?
