Just formated my laptop and installed HM again (1.11.01) and I was gonna import all the archived hands from 2010. Did that and it imported 1928 hands and there were 17166 import errors. Its strange in a lot of way since the archived HHs should be unmodified right?

Anyways, these hands have been on full tilt + merge mainly and I would love to get this fixed.

EDIT. Tried and updated to 01a and did the import again. Now it imported 450 hands and there was around 16800 import errors. Then now I did an import again and it imported ~100 more hands and got 16666 import errors. So its semi-working

go to folder ...\Holdem Manager\Importing\Import Errors
there is a text file named "ImportErrors.txt" - dbl-click to open it in Notepad (or smth similar)
go to the end of file, copy some (3...5) last errors and paste here

Btw, I played yesterday and the HUD was showin correct and everytjhing seemed to get imported but later when I tried to see my rake there was no hands played in the filter "Today" or "Yesterday". Seems to be something generally wrong with the importing.

start pgadmin and do DB vacuum AND reindex

Just tried that and was succesful doing it and still the same shit. All import errors.

Perhaps just try each room separately importing into a new UTF database.
A few 100's of hands should be enough to know if there is a problem, again perhaps try old and recent hands separately.

If this still doesn't work zip up the histories that are giving the errors and email them to support with a link to this thread, and bump the post so we know what stage you're at.

Thanks, did that and it worked. But should I be afraid of upgrading into newer versions or what?

I was away on Holidays so im unaware of any issue with 1.11+ causing these kind of issues, just in case its not known please please email the hands to support@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread and ill try and reproduce and write up as a bug
