View Full Version : NinjaFT not responding on startup

It worked fine yesterday, but today I cannot start NinjaFT. The startup splash screen remains for ages and windows (Vista) says not responding.

At first I tried the 'Start NinjaFT when auto import starts' option in HEM but have also tried starting the NinjaFT separately.

I already have some FT tables open and autoimport running when I experience these problems. Using latest HEM (1.11.01 not rev. a)

Any suggestions?

after a while, (15 mins or so) it loads up to the validate purchase code screen and says "unable to connect to server. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes"

Then it only gives you the option to close the screen.

Not happy about software relying on a bad server. Costing me $$$.

Following on from my original post I also left it for a while and got the validation/server error the others are experiencing :(

Unfortunately we experienced a server outage in the middle of the night. We've taken steps to correct the problem. While we can't guarantee outages won't happen in the future the specific causes for this one have been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
