they need to patch this to not check for updates ffs. Especially if the server is going to down at random times. This is so inconvenient....

Tableninja under old management = frequent updates, always up.

Tableninja as HEM tool = sporadic updates, server down, little support.

If you want your members not to feel like HEM is becoming an unwieldy beast, try adding better support and product delivery instead of new products.

This is not acceptable for commercial product and has certainly cost me money today. Please get your $@*t together and get it working again.

Canīt start Ninja.

Was working flawlessly for months. Now it is part of the HEM family and does not work. Good Job, we all love you.

This is super annoying, their website is down which is why TN isn't loading properly. It needs use the site when loading so that it can confirm registration. I have to say not to have this stuff on a back up server so that if the TN site is down for any length of time it will just bounce to another site that would always be up.

Unfortunately we experienced a server outage in the middle of the night. We've taken steps to correct the problem. While we can't guarantee outages won't happen in the future the specific causes for this one have been addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes, this specific thread was caused by a server outage and should not be the cause of any current problems. Are you having trouble connecting to our server? If so please give this a try:

1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
3) Try to load TableNinja again.

Are you able to access other websites from that PC? If TableNinja is the only problem its likely a firewall blocking your connection. Please uninstall and reinstall your firewall to remove the old block.

mario

na its not the firewall its something from there end its just stopped working after a tn update and plus it was working ok before that update so its not my computer because i have changed nothing

Our server is up and running. This will definitely be some problem with your personal PC. Please PM me your skype or other contact info and I'll take some time to try to work through the problem with you on teamview.

I bought the full edition long ago so i don't know whats up, first time ever this has happened. There has been no changes from my side either, I think tn is at fault here.

There was apparently a problem with a router in St. Louis and it interrupted the connection to our server for quite a few people. It seems to be fixed now so if your still having trouble connecting let me know. We are working with a way to temp cache licenses to prevent this from happening to everyone at the same time but making sure its secure is important and difficult so it will take time.

The server is definitely running. Have you blocked the connection in your firewall by accident. Try removing and reinstalling your firewall and see if it helps.

down for me too, this is f--king ridiculous that we cant use the product we paid for if your website is down.

Build a work around or pay us compensation for the time lost when you are down.

OK, I see you have opened up full access, I cant see why you dont do this permanently.

What happens if nobody is around for 8 hours to do this?

'Opening up unlimited access to TableNinja' is a solution.

Our servers went down for a few minutes yesterday. This has been resolved though were still working on eliminating the cause. As our license registration system requires a connection to the internet we will only open unlimited access as a troubleshooting measure and will disable it again as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.
